its just an interesting car. personal luxury coupe. its own thing done in a way that's very much classic but not "oh my god its the 50s and everything is plate glass". though if you can drive one of these, you can drive one of those and in factory "old" spec they belong in the same traffic

My dad bought a 1978 Cadillac Sedan Deville in 1978, used, with 7K miles on it. It was cream/light yellow with the same color leather interior. He was so proud of that car. This brought back memories.

These were stunningly beautiful cars. My aunt had a 1977 Sedan DeVille, triple yellow. I still remember that new car smell. I was just 10 years old. Life was better then. Way better.

Wow, this makes me miss my 76 LaSabre I bought from my grandparents for $800 in 1985. Burgundy with burgundy leather interior and a white Landau top. Nothing cruises better than an 8 cylinder GM or Ford from the 70s and 80s. I’ve had many and loved them all. I loved all my Lincolns too. Nowadays, gas is just way too expensive to drive one of these everyday, but it’d be a great weekend car for sure.
